The funny thing is, my agent was like, 'There's this Friday the 13th, and even though the character's a man, I think you'd be really good for it.' So when I walked in for my audition, I kind of did a fake-out on Adam Marcus and the casting directors, where I said, in this beach bunny voice, 'Hi! So nice to meet you!' And they were like, 'What the hell is this?' Then all of a sudden, I switched into my Chicago gangster voice: 'What the fuck are you doin'!? What the fuck da you want!?' And they were dying. They asked me to do it again because they were laughing so hard. Then they brought in Leslie Jordan and put us together, and Leslie is like a little elf, and an incredible actor. Rusty Schwimmer (born August 25, 1962) is an American character actress and singer. She has appeared in films such as A Little Princess (1995), Twister (1996), The Perfect Storm (2000), Runaway Jury (2003), North Country (2005), The Informant! (2009), and The Sessions (2012).
Early life
Schwimmer was raised in Chicago. She attended New Trier High School in suburban Winnetka, with her best friend, actress Virginia Madsen.[1]
Career
Schwimmer made her film debut in 1988, appearing in Memories of Me. She had small parts in Highlander II: The Quickening, Sleepwalkers and Candyman, before playing Joey B in Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1993). In 1995, she starred as Amelia Minchin inA Little Princess directed by Alfonso CuarĂ³n.[2] She went on to appear as Mrs. Thornton (Jo Harding's mother) in Twister (1996), Mrs
