Mantovani charmaine

Marco Mantovani, born in Mantova (Italy) in 1992, has graduated at the Conservatory of his city under the guidance of Antonio Pulleghini with the highest grades and honors. Afterwards he studied for three years with Andrea Lucchesini at “Scuola di Musica di Fiesole” (Florence, Italy).  He obtained his Master in ‘Piano Performance’ (2017) and his ‘Postgraduate’ diploma (2018), both with the highest distinction, at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel in the class of Aleksandar Madzar. In 2017 he received from the Conservatory the ‘Ingeborg Köberle’ Prize as ‘the year's most promising student’. The advice from the renowned Portuguese pianist Maria João Pires has been also fundamental for his artistic development. 

He has performed in numerous concert halls in Belgium (notably BOZAR and Flagey in Brussels) in Italy (La Fenice in Venice, Teatro Regio in Parma, La Pergola in Florence) as well as in Porto (Casa da Musica) and Salzburg (Mozarteum). His repertoire ranges from Bach to Contemporary music and his interest for chamber music drives him to regularly perform with several music

Annunzio Paolo Mantovani (Italian:[anˈnuntsjoˈpaːolomantoˈvaːni]; 15 November 1905 – 30 March 1980)[1] was an Italian Britishconductor, composer and light orchestra-styled entertainer with a cascading strings musical signature.

The book British Hit Singles & Albums stated that he was "Britain's most successful album act before the Beatles ... the first act to sell over one million stereo albums and [have] six albums simultaneously in the US Top 30 in 1959".[2]

Bruno Mantovani (born 8 October 1974) is a French composer. He has been awarded first prizes from the Conservatoire de Paris which he joined in 1993. His work has been commissioned by the French government as well as other organizations. In September 2010 he was appointed to the post of director of the Paris Conservatory.

Biography

At 37, Bruno Mantovani became the director of the Conservatoire de Paris.[1]

In October 2018, his new composition Threnos was premiered at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and conducted by Marin Alsop.[2] In March 2019, he was named music director of the Ensemble Orchestral Contemporain, a position that began in January 2020.[3]
